I did an order October 7 2023 when I received my cookies they weren’t fully done they had a hair in them and there was other things wrong I contacted them I don’t remember who I spoke with but they said I would get a refund but I never received one so I gave up I just want a refund or a gift card with the amount I spent on it Hi I did what you said and they can’t help me only the store can hello please
