Crumbl - Denton Town Center

Cookies so good. Semi sweet chocolate chip are my favorite weeks!

Stood there for a full 10 minutes looking and asking for help as I had a coupon to use, was ignored. 0/10 customer service, highly recommended new staff. Manager could use some work too, maybe not let your screens be the only thing you notice. There was 5 employees and not a single one even said “Hi” or “How can I help?”.

I understand it's Valentine's Day. I know it's a busy day for service workers since I previously was one, but we came in for two cookies and to use our coupons that can't be redeemed from the kiosk. We were not greeted at all by the 5 or 6 workers there. We didn't even get a "we'll be with you shortly" from anyone. I know they knew we were there because several of them saw us and made eye contact. Don't let the self service kiosk be your only point of contact. Sometimes customers need the employees help, not a machine. We ended up walking out.

The customer service is perfect and they are super sweet and the cookies came out amazing
