Crêpeaffaire

Horrendous experience! Staff so busy chatting amongst themselves that they overlooked my coffee order. Staff then decided to turn the music up to a ridiculous level. Obviously no staff training on customer care!

First time but poor experience. They forgot my order and had me waiting 30 mins. when asked the lady gave that wierd look and said “we are still making” even thou she never accepted she forgot the order! never again this place :/

This is my go to place for lunch when shopping with my 10 year old daughter, her favourite pancakes and great to people watch. Amber and Sarah were great today

Excellent crepes served by pleasant obliging staff.

Great quality place with a good menu but my last experience recently was attitude and bad customer service while ordering..our table was dirty and 3 times came to the table with wrong items plenty of staff on but needs management attention on multi tasking / organisation and making customers welcome

Came here on a Saturday for brunch with a friend. The lady who took our order was lovely and chatty and told us to sit wherever we liked. We both ordered waffles with a shake and a glass of water. My friend asked for her ice cream to be brought on the side of her waffles. After 5 minutes my friends waffles were brought out and I was told mine would be 'on their way.' My drink was then brought but no water or ice cream for my friend. By the time my waffles came my friend had eaten most of her food. When I asked for the water and ice cream the lady serving glared at me and said, 'OK.' I was rather taken aback as no apology was offered on the wait or the fact we had been given an incomplete order we had already paid for. The food was very nice when it all finally arrived but the service was rather poor and ruined what was otherwise a lovely brunch and catch up with a friend. O do not think I will be returning, which is a shame as the food was good but the experience was not.

me and my boyfriend ordered two crepes for delivery today for pancake day. not a problem with the actual food, but our order arrived completely covered in maple syrup from my bfs maple bacon crepe. this is not an issue with the driver but with the way it was packaged as the syrup had been contained in a espresso cup, which obviously then leaked all over the food. this meant my boyfriend was left with no syrup for his pancake, not to mention the fact that the small amount of bacon on the crepe was dry and cold. for £8 this is absolutely unacceptable. we have tried to contact the restaurant via phone but keep getting hung up on immediately, so have resorted to leaving this review.

Came in on a busy Saturday. The girls working was very nice and attentive. They ensured we had our drinks and food shortly followed, really great service. I will visit again and recommend to friends.

This is my go-to crêpe place! I always visit with my mother.
