Terrible ordering process at the jfk airport. Must use tablet only. Older people can't order. Tried ordering a latte. Random food gets added to my order. The card reader does not work. Finally after complaing an employee took me to another station. Many people walking away after being told they must use an app.
Bought an overpriced, under-flavored sandwich with a “side salad” (aka a small pile of lettuce). Opted to add chicken to the sandwich for an extra $7, bringing the grand total (with mandatory gratuity) to $29.36! After waiting 20 minutes, I was underwhelmed, to say the least. Nothing to write home about, and for the price, I’m actually insulted. I’ll stop by the gas station on the way for a better sandwich, next time. Even if I get robbed while I’m there, I’ll still feel better than I did after this.
Inconvenient ordering process. Order (latte) took unnecessarily long to be prepared and is way too overpriced for how bad it tastes.

Everything is dirty and when you ask for someone to clean your table they only use a napkin, not any kind of sanitizer or anything that actually make it clean. The coffee is disgusting, we asked for a latte, the liquid was transparent Obviously it was ridiculously overpriced because you are in JFK.
I got pasta carbonara… UNEATABLE. So gross and expensive!!! Don’t get it.

Ordered 2 coffees on the iPad, waited for 25 mins while customers and staff yelled and swore at each other then I was told there is no coffee. I asked for a refund and she asked me to write my card number on a napkin and she will get to it?!?!?! I fly 4 times a month and never coming here again. I want my refund.
