Creams Cafe Ipswich

The waffles are amazing. The food hygiene is good and the facilities are clean. Service is good. Definitely recommend.

Slow. Took nearly half an hour to get a few simple ice cream cones. Taste not worth it at all. Each cone came separately at random intervals too.

Very disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for the first of our desserts despite there only being 4 other people in the place. In that time they came over twice to confirm our order because I guess they forgot. Then the desserts came out separately with at least another ten minutes in-between each. Items missing from two of the three desserts. Extortionate prices. Desserts were either cold (waffle/crepe), bland or too sickly. All the staff were young and were clearly disorganised or disinterested, or both. I've never said this about an establishment before, but I shall never be returning.

Absolutely awful service would never go back

It took so long to get our food barely any people there the staff are really dull and boring they seem depressed and basically it took ages l dont like this place

Firstly their Freezer was broken, so couldn't serve half the stuff on the menu. Secondly our food wasn't delivered together so some people in our group was finished before the rest of the food. Same with our shakes. When our food came out not everyone had ice cream, as the Mr Whippy machine then broke as well. We where then offered some extra ice cream when our food was half way finished. Unfortunately we won't be returning. A very disappointing experience.

This place is amazing!! Good service and excellent hand made waffles, pancakes, cookies... Definitely if you go, you will get out like as a happy Buddha!!

Waffle was cold and undercooked. No kinder bueno on it. No I’ve cream. Went to the store in Ipswich but they had closed half hour early. Now Deliveroo are offering a refund of £1.60!
