Creams Cafe Enfield

The customer service in here is shockingly poor. The young girls have no respect at all for certain races, they talk down to you and tell you to ‘get out’ when you challenge their incompetence. The manager (relative) in charge also seems carefree about unhappy customers. We will never step foot in here again!

Nice and cosy place but don't feel like going there as Customer service is abysmal. Why are those girls so arrogant? It's a pity because the ice creams served are lovely

Staff interferes with the customers' wishes without being asked and judges the wishes as a bad idea!

Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair

The portion size was a tea spoon instead of the regular scoop of ice cream. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again after being a loyal customer for two years. It is ridiculous to see the portion size reduced and cost high. I am very disappointed.
