Not open. No signs explaining why it's not open. Sign is faded away. It looks like it's permanently closed

Worst service ever, took forever to get our order. Also the staff makes orders for friends first and not in the order that orders were placed. Spend your money some where else. Worst service ever. They are always out of ingredients as well the manager needs to learn how to keep stuff stocked

This is a unique of its kind ice cream store being different than any other ones we have seen. The whole process with nitrogen was very different and interesting for my kids. We loved the flavors and texture! I am very sure my children will ask for this place again. The process takes some time which is not up to current swipe up and swipe down standards. Go here a bit earlier, we went there at about 4pm there was no line, had a good service, only took 5mins

Ice cream is good but this place generally is really dirty. See photos, they don't mop, clean the prep areas, eating areas or shelving. No restroom access either.
