Nah won’t be back, never got refills on drinks, had to find the waitress, it’s nothing like blue coast!wont go back, prices are higher than blue coast.

Very rude and discriminatory. I’ve eaten here and the service was subpar. Additionally, I have doordashed here and they were very rude to me, requesting extra information because they thought I was gonna steal their food.

Food is good. Onion rings sucked. Serve was slow. Never got a refill on my soda or the wife's water. 10% tip added to the check for 6 people and under. Did not deserve a tip but had to pay. Said something about it and staff did not care at all. Next time we will go to JUCIY BLUE COAST. Don't mind giving a tip even when service is bad but to force me to just pisses me off. Only notice about it is a small sign about the size of two business cards on the front counter. Hate to not go back because the food is good. Wait staff needs alot of work. Vegetarian options: Did not see any vegetarian options Parking: Good parking well lit Kid-friendliness: Bright colorful place Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be able to get a wheelchair is but it is crowded

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I was there last week. The serving staff didn't bother taking care of the customers. My server didn't bother asking me what I wanted for drink, she just showed up with pepsi. I was like ok. Then I placed order of shrimps cajun flavored medium spices with an order of potatoes, my usual for years. Well, she took ny order. After a long wait, my food came. Meanwhile, she did not refill my drink. I was looking at her the whole time and she saw me looking at her but she continued to sit relaxing totally disregarding me. Finally, the food came. The order was missing potatoes. I looked at her and she disregarded me as usual. I waived at her, she continued to disregard me. Eventually, she came. I told her I am missing potatoes. She went inside to tell them about potatoes. Again, after a long wait the potatoes came. When I tried to eat the potatoes, I noticed that they were hot from the outside and cold-hard from inside. This time I had had it. I decided to walk out and not pay because I did not eat their undercooked food. Plus, I was getting late for the movie at the movie theatre anyway. I decided to give them another chance. I went their yesterday. When I sat down and looked at the order, next thing I know, the entire family came out of the kitchen and began to stare at me. They basically ganged up on me. The father and the mother came out of the kitchen to stare at me. That's when I figured out the server was their daughter, that's why she was acting with such carelessness. One of the servers rudely told me that we will have to charge you in advance because last time you didn't pay. I told him that I last time I didn't pay because I didn't eat because you messed up my order. I should've left but I didn't. I paid in advance. On the receipt I noticed that they snuck in a 10% charge of gratituty. I asked the server what is it. He said it is tip. When I looked further down on the receipt, there was another space for tip. Turned out they are getting ADDITIONAL tip from us customers. They want to get two tips from the customer. I gave them nothing for the tip and left to never comeback again. I was coming to this restaurant for years. Several times they messed up my order, I never got mad. They even overcharged me by putting items in my order which I didn't order. I still didn't say anything. At the end, they ganged up on me , made me feel like a theif, overcharged me, wanted to pay for the messed up food which I didn't eat etc. They have no knowledge or care to run a business. It is not free money. For the money they are getting paid they have to provide the right food and service. They think they are doing you a favor by giving you service whenever they feel like. Every customer who walks in the door they think they put hands in the customers' pockets and grab money out.

** ZERO STARS** DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Originally Blue-coast was the plan but decided to give this place another shot.Biggest mistake. This was my second attempt dining at this restaurant.Food was good but the service was EXTREMELY TERRIBlE. My friend and I, both of Latin descent, felt racially discriminated. Hoping for better service, we requested a different server, but unfortunately, the quality did not improve. Coming from a family who owns a business, I strongly recommend the owner to IMMEDIATELY hire new staff if they wish to keep their business running. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO EAT GOOD SEAFOOD AND RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE, I RECOMMEND BLUE- COAST.
