Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is the worst possible visit to any Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. First of all they didn’t have any fried chicken. Second, the turkey and dressing was cold. The vegetable soup was lukewarm at best and mostly broth. The vegetables were cold except for the carrots and they were so hot that you couldn’t eat them. They never have any kind of soup except for vegetable. Even though they advertise that they do. This Cracker Barrel has been going down hill for a long time but it has finally hit rock bottom. We never got our drinks refilled even though my husband did ask for a refill. We should have refused to pay for it but we were hungry and we ate some of it so we payed for it. It will be a long time before we visit a Cracker Barrel if at all. This is the Cracker Barrel in Lenoir City, Tennessee.

Always good food, good service, and courteous! They are way too close to me. Just picked up an order of cornbread muffins (10 for 5.99) to bring home to eat! :-)

Always great Parking: Plenty of spaces

95 percent of the time great food and service. I eat here 5 or 6 times each month(2 years ago) Today 1st time back was sad. Food not as good, service diet coke given not the Dr. Pepper I ordered. No refills unless you flagged them down. Portions smaller and a green bean in my apples. This meant that the kitchen did not see it or the server check the order.Floor rhis a mess carrots and a big wad of gum under my feet on the floor.I will not be going back soon. If I do sometime I hope it moves back to how it was. 3/12 20 minutes to get a table with 7 or 8 not bussed. 4 worker at the chech in just doing nothing and playing with each other. I findly told them where a table was and they seated us two with 4 menus and 4 sets of silverware. 8 more minutes with our waitress talking to her friends drinking free drinks and she finally took our order. I spoke very plainly to make sure she got the order and she still did not get it right but she did finally fixed it. Food is general good. I have eaten there since the restaurant opened years ago but tonight it was just like teenages hanging out in the mall.
