Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I got the grilled chicken with 3 sides. Even though the chicken breasts were pounded thin, they were not at all dry. I ate the whole thing! (I deducted 1 start because I didn't care for their coleslaw) My husband liked his fried turkey as well. Then, after dinner, I shopped. I love all the unique offerings that you just don't find at every store, and the prices are actually reasonable.

I am currently pregnant, I was craving a good pot roast dinner. I was insanely please with the pot roast dinner you guys served, and my waitress was so sweet 😊

I did a curbside order. It took me 20 min to get there. I checked in twice. After over 40 min as I was inside canceling my order, my food was ready. This is NOT the 1st time this has happen. But, this is defiantly the last time. I don't know what crackle barrels focus is on but it needs to be more on customer service. I guess that's normal for them because I received No apologies or nothing. That's crazy. Oh, it was the crackle barrel in Flint Michigan I won't be back💜💙🖤🩷

My 2 bake fish was half cooked had to recook it at home

Service was slow. Some food was cold.

Ran out of dumblings,, never got our corn muffin ,Catfish was worst ive ever gotten here ,had to ask numerous times for a glass of ice and straw. Staff has attitude issues.

After 40 minutes of placing our order, we wete told they were out of the fried turkey. They only had 3 pieces left. Enough for 1 dinner. We changed the second order to the cinnamon stuesel breakfast meal, which they didn't rush. All our meals came out in piecemeal. The waitress kept apologizing, blaming the kitchen staff, stating they were arguing with themselves. Never saw the manager. Well, this is par for this location. They are always having issues.
