Service is always good when dining. The servers that I have had have been knowledgeable about the menu and are able to answer questions that have come up. Parking: Accessible parking really depends on the time of day that you are dining. Although it's usually not that bad. There is plenty of lighting and the parking spaces are wide enough that I don't have an issue getting in and out of my vehicle. Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and when I come in the front is a little tricky with all the displays and fragile items, but the dining room is much easier to maneuver.
Came in at 8:05, after standing for 15 minutes waiting for a table (PARTY OF 1) in a near empty store I just left. I will gladly take my money elsewhere, 3 employees standing around not doing anything. I love Cracker Barrel but this is extremely disrespectful.
Let me just start this out with saying that the problem was not with our waitress. She was perfect. We decided to go here today for lunch and I wish we had of chosen somewhere else. It took over an hour and 10 minutes to get pancakes salad and a grilled chicken meal. Once we received our order, the pancakes were cold, and the chicken meal was warm. My friend who got the salad was OK with her order. after waiting so long, I asked to speak with a manager. I explained to the manager how long we have been waiting and that our food was cold and he agreed to comp the meals. When the waitress came back to the table, she had a bill for all meals, except for mine however, that was not the agreement between myself and the manager. After about 10 minutes of sharing what the manager said to me with our waitress, she agreed to comp all meals. We were late returning to work, and decided that we would never return to this Cracker Barrel for anything.
Took over 20 minutes to even get drink orders. There were only a few customers there, but no one would come take our orders. Food was good, but service was exceptionally bad
