Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

They got my toddler son's food wrong twice, forgot my fries twice, brought the wrong bread side, and didn't bring plates with it. Chicken and dumplings had no flavor, and it was soup, not the usual thick stew or gravy it normally is, and took forever to get refills on drinks. All servers were helping with a large table but our server was the only one that was ignoring her other tables. I honestly can't remember the last time I didn't leave a tip at a sit-down restaurant (and I've had bad service before), but I felt literally 0 guilt doing so here.

Cracker Barrel is always a good choice.

I don't understand how a restaurant is happy with 35+ minute ticket times, but this Cracker Barrel is reliably soooo slow. We keep coming here because of the food, but may have to figure something else out if we value our time at all. Today was about 40 minutes for two breakfast meals, one of which was a sandwich!

This visit was perfect. The food was absolutely delish and the service was perfect. Thank you cracker barrell.
