Courtney Green I think that is her name, she works for the Ozark, Arkansas Cracker Barrel on the morning shift on this day of February 20th, 2024 I hope you consider a raise for her. She was that amazing . She was a Star ⭐✨

Not so busy upon our arrival but within a few minutes of the place getting semi-busy the waitstaff just could not keep up. Part of our food was dropped on the floor and replaced 20 minutes later. Drink refills were lacking but hey, we were not in any hurry. We rather enjoyed our meal and time visiting with one another. So no worries. We left a good tip for the young fella, he was running his legs off to service his tables. Very polite and wanted to make everyone happy. I had the fried catfish and it was great! My husband had the Chicken fried steak and he said it was very good as well.

Service was great and food was delicious! I ordered soft scrambled eggs and that’s exactly what I got!! Surprisingly a lot of places can’t cook soft scrambled or choose not to. Parking: Handicap all the way across the front which ok I get but then you have 3 or 4 curbside pickups in the front too they should go down the side. Not one time did anyone use a curbside while I was there except for an elderly gentleman that came in and sat down and ate.

The fried chicken what's the best I've had in a long time. The bacon in the salad with smokey and delicious.

We stopped at cracker barrel in Joplin and it was a horrible experience but I wanted hamburger steak so Alma was next. What a treat. Service, food, even the atmosphere was wonderful. Please visit the Alma location and rest assured you will be happy
