Traditionally, the “Boil Master” in Louisiana would have large portions of seafood (crawfish being one of the most popular) paired with one type of seasoning, typically with quite a large amount of cayenne pepper. With decades of experience in the food industry, our founders were able to create the most incredible flavors that will leave your taste buds yearning for more! Our famous shake special seasoning is the perfect mix of Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, and of course, our own traditional blend of sweet chili lime spices.
