Cousins Subs

Overall terrible attitudes. And the grill is off(45 minutes before closing), seems a little excessive. Where is the customer service?

Bread was burnt and gross, paid 7$ for cold , half full package of curds , nasty

Today was my 1st time ever stopping at this cousin's sub-location. However, I honestly thought I would get excellent service because of the area it's in. But I learned very quickly that I was wrong. The lady at the register was vulgar, unprofessional, and inconsiderate; having conversations with the lady working the window of a personal matter very unprofessional, very rude to customers, and should not be working in customer service at all. My sandwich was made wrong, but the cook remade what I requested gave her a 5-dollar tip. She moved as if she didn't want it, and I will never return there.

The cousins subs on Oklahoma and hwy 100 is terrible. I ordered online, 20 minutes before I arrived to "avoid waiting". I arrived two minutes after it was supposed to be ready then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for them to make my order. All this AFTER I gave them a 15% tip online. Never again

Went here 2 nights ago at about 8:30 I was informed me grill was off . But she said don't worry I got. Got home and looked at the sandwich and it was half done. I come here often and order a plain steak with grilled onions. Now I'm nervous to go back. I would preferred for them to just say we're done for the night.

Good food and friendly service. I always wat the half turkey on parmesan oregano bread with cheddar cheese lettuce and mayo and my. Daughter eats fries and cheese curds. We go once a week
