Love eating from cousins sub. Fresh every time I go
Went thru drive thru, waited 25 minutes in parking lot, finally got food, fries were cold and gross, my sub was completely covered in oregano, which I told them I was alergic to it. When I went inside the manager was rude to me when I asked for my money back. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my food and didnt have time to wait for more food. On my way out the manager said "have the day you deserve" which was rude as hell. I certainly didnt deserve to starve at work all day. The worst part is, when I was inside, I saw they had 5 people working there, whole bunch of mad people waiting in their cars outside.
Go somewhere else to eat, terrible experience.

First time, the person in drive thru care about your ordering. But the prices were outrageous. 15.00$ for a turkey sub, and fries was seriously over the top. I will not go back for that cause to pay that much , I know we pay for convenience, but WOW!! . By the time you pay your bills and try treating yourself to lunch your pay check is demolished lol
This may seem trivial but I ordered online- only “addition” I added was MAYO to the sandwich just like any other option to add veggies. We get there and the woman who made the subs states she threw two mayo packs in the bag instead of putting it on the sandwich… because she prefers her that way….. what??? Now we have two dry 7.5 inch subs with two TINY mayo packs. Please make the subs as paying customers order them. Not how YOU would prefer them.
ALL the employees at this location are amazing!. I love the food, but the people that work there are what keep me coming back.
Is usually pretty good, I like the subs, I like the fries, and the curds (are actually really good). I get a veggie sub with all the extra veggies on Asiago parm. I also usually go in store. This past time however, I was on a time constraint and went through the drivethrough, I order the same thing I always order, greatly looking forward to it, and when i open it up there are no extra veggies (peppers and olives are my favorite part) and its on white bread. Needless to say i was fairly disappointed.
Edit: went back again today and same story. the quality is always decent but you really need to work on training employees how to properly take and make orders.
Food was great and fresh. Received the food promptly.
Was parked for over 20 minutes for one sub. Multiple other people were also parked for an extended period of time. Went inside to get my sub and management was no help. Had to cancel order and it took them 15 minutes just for the refund. I will never return to this cousin subs.
Today i had Incredible customer service. There was a minor problem with the kiosk and they didn't have the bread i had ordered but both problems were fixed immediately and was even offered a free drink for the inconvenience.

Tried to drive through but when I got there at 9:30pm, a half hour before they close, they said they weren't taking any more orders and that I had to have the app to order.
I always get the philly cheesesteak I it is amazing. Fast service And Nice staff
