Break Time Family Restaurant & Diner

While I was staying at a hotel I used Grubhub to order from this diner. Randomly just chose this diner because it was close and they were available to deliver. Well I hit the jackpot choosing this place to order from. I got the bacon, egg and cheese stuffed French Toast and the Nutella and Banana French Toast (no pics unfortunately) but it was delicious! I was so happy hands down it was the best place I ever ordered breakfast from! Thank you Country House for the great food, I will be visiting you soon!!

The food here was absolutely horrendous. The owner was very rude when we told him that we didn't like the food he was ignorant to us, he told us his food was not disgusting and he's going to tell us right now that he buys the best quality of food. The burger looked like broiled shoe leather, the cheese looked like kraft singles weirdly melted perfectly square on the bun. I've never in my life had an owner speak to me that way when you were not happy with something. Then I went to pay and he was rude to me when I looked up. To see if he was trying to hand me. My change back and then he was rude to the waitress in front of me. This was the worst experience I've ever had dining out.

Have been to this restaurant 3 times. When you get a full dinner there for at least another meal. They definitely don't skimp on the portions & the food is made-to order! The restaurant is bright and airy & always very clean. And our waitress was very friendly and came around several times to see if we wanted more drinks or just how everything was. Def will return again!

The hamburger was so greasy there was cheese on the top cheese on the bottom and it just made the roll so soggy. The sweet potato fries were just as soggy it was not enjoyable. Took a long time to get somebody to come over and see what was wrong with their food. Everybody was nice. I also noticed there was no spoon set at the table I thought that was odd.

The food here is very good and so is the service I definitely have no complaints. It is much better than the previous owners. I hope the service and the quality continue the way that it is. So good to have another good diner close by!

We went to this diner for the first time for breakfast. The waitress was awesome but we forgot to get her name. We both had a delicious breakfast, the egg were done perfectly crispy bacon and awesome grits! My husband always orders eggs over medium and they were done perfectly. We will definitely be back to try dinner.

Ate here for the 1st time Sunday March 3rd 2024 with 2 friends My Greek salad was good, ordered Meatloaf which was dry & tough as leather, gravy was very tasty with maybe a hint of Curry, Brussel sprouts and beets which were supposed to be pickled but were not! I can live with the meat etc. But it was the 2 black thin hairs in my food that was unnerving! I didn't say anything to the staff, I was just thankful that I didn't get them in my mouth I found them beforehand and put them on a napkin! My one friend got the dried Pork loin with mushy wet stuffing, sweet potatoes & French fries for which he asked to have before his meal but did not arrive! My other buddy ordered Chicken Stir fry which he said was hot spicy and too wet for his tastebuds, he also had the not so pickled beets and Brussels, also his Greek salad which he said was good, they were thankfully spared the add in hairs to their meals! Well needless to say we won't be returning, I heard some good things about this place from friends and thats why we gave it a try! I'd say don't bother unless you enjoy built in Floss!

Food is tasty and portions are large! The service is excellent as well! We keep coming back! Great steak and seafood options and the chicken alla broccoli is a family favorite. Don’t forget to grab a dessert, the cake options are yummy. Such a great diner for the area!
