Country Catering Company

Just celebrated my wife's birthday and Country Meat Market and Catering supplied absolutely delicious tri-tip and chicken. The potatoes and vegetables were perfect. Several of our guests even commented that they too will be using them for their next events. Thank you Steve and crew!

We hired Country Catering for our wedding and they killed it! Steve was super easy to work with and his team did a great job. The buffet was quick, efficient, and most importantly delicious. Would recommend to anybody throwing a wedding or event

Fantastic tritip and tristrami sandwiches! Plus they do catering! The tristrami is 50/50 tritip and grilled pastrami. Definitely on my list of favorite sandwiches!

Another long-time local spot for quality meats and catering options that is a go-to for great deli sandwiches. Hidden in the corner,next to the local bowling alley, be sure to check this place out. We especially love the Cubano sandwich, and their creamy horseradish for our prime rib dinners.

We chose the Country Catering to do food for our wedding after being a customer at the deli, where the tri-tip baaru was a top 5 sandwich of my digestive career (please bring it back). We had heard through the grapevine that the catering experience would be equally exquisite and everything went off without a hitch. We selected the Santa Barbaran Wedding menu, and our guests we’re very happy with our choice. I have dreams still of that chimichurri.

I used to go to this place when I went to college at UCSB (2003-2007). Now, 16 years later, I lay in my bed about to fall asleep and all I can think about is their hot pastrami sandwich on a French roll. If I lived in Goleta and not Phoenix, I would be there every week. I freaking miss this place.

CCC catered and barbecued for our company picnic with over 125 people in attendance. The food was amazing, everything was delicious and the tri tip was by far the best I’ve ever tasted. Manny and George were the best cooks and were courteous every step of the way. Steve was wonderful and very helpful when getting a proposal done. His follow up was great. We will definitely use CCC again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best sandwich you can buy anywhere… they offer the highest grade of Snake River Farms tri tip and offer it on a lot of their sandwiches… never seen anything like that!

called ahead to ask if they sold Filet by the individual steak. They said yes. I went in and got 2 steaks. No prices posted for that cut of beef in the case. Was prepared to pay what I do at Bristol Farms or Whole foods which is about 39 bux per pound. Asked for 2 at least 10 oz each or more. They did open a fresh filet and cut from it. Nobody showed me the steaks for approval which s the norm. They were wrapped in blank paper with no discussion of price. When I paid it was nearly 70 dollars. I was stunned and just walked away. I weighed the steaks when i got home. about 20 oz.. Which figures at over FIFTY ONE dollars per pound. Absurd. I wanted to support small biz but I will never go there again

Sandwiches were so close to excellent. They did forget to add avocado to the TBA I ordered though and the tristami had so much mustard I could barely taste anything else.
