I'm customer for costa more than 10 years I asked the code for toilet she refused to give me she ask me to buy coffee and she knows me I'm customer

Always blocked pipe of something which smells very bad plus there is the old lady working which shouldn’t be at costa as she is missed up she never brush hair and her teeth’s ‍ Change the staff please

Great customer.service, friendly ,helpful, polite. One girl In particular stood out for me, i think she was English and had a nose ring I don't know her name.. she was the best example of what customer service is all about . She was polite, vocal , a great worker and made me feel good to be there enjoying my coffee. And she was gorgeous lol. I would definitely go back because of this experience. Costa should use this person to train all the staff. I've been to alot of coffee shops and observed many staff in their work and this person is the the most impressive employee I've seen so far . Fact
