Terrible coffee served by students no even close to the quality they should be.

Table were dirty and full with used cups and plates. Had to move tray loads when getting a table. Lack of staff clearing tables. 12 people stood around waiting for their drinks.

Just walked out without my £4.50 drink after waiting 45 minutes. Avoid.

Myself and my husband had the 30% off treat drop also a free coffee gift card from Vodafone. We were both charged in full because the girl serving us didn't admit that she didn't know how to put the gift card through until I made them aware at the end of the transaction. By the time I had waited for our coffee to be made, the food had gone cold. Also my bean wasn't added to my total as again the cashier didn't know what she was doing! Not a great experience and I would appreciate my beans added to my account. Thank you

So many tables waiting to be cleared. Grubby place. Staff seemed to be more interested chatting to each other in-between dropping the takeaway cups on floor as pulling out from dispenser then using them. Wimborne has plenty of lovely coffee shops much better than here. I had a voucher for a free hot drink so thought I'd try, nothing to lose. Hot chocolate was fine.

All very clean and friendly....but there is a very loud ginger haired woman who does lack customer care skills. She is always right!
