Great coffee as always- had a latte and banana bread this is probably the biggest Costa ive ever been to, and the staff are just so nice. Highly recommend.

Agnieszka needs to be more focus when customers place their order we had to tell her 4 times and still got the oder wrong plus she never used the word please or thank you toward her colleague when she was telling her colleague what to make

I would have given you a 4 stars if your Wifi was properly working (it works once every other day) and you hadn't removed the sockets (there are about 2-3 sockets only). Such a shame! It's a very busy Costa with a lot of people working on their laptops so this doesn't make sense at all..!
