Good service. Not a long wait even though it was busy. Nice coffee

Service was slow and 'hot' chocolate pretty lukewarm when served

Asked for an item that wasnt on the menu (White Chocoalte Mocha) and the barista delivered! Lovely experience and customer service :)

We came for a brew and a bite to eat. Fin serving on the till was lovely! Can't fault him one bit. Main issue with our visit was the fact that my dad had to leave due to the dust flying around due to the floor being brushed around us! My dad's on oxygen and the dust was getting on his chest. Working in hospitality for many years myself I would know not to sweep up around people eating and especially if I could see they had breathing equipment. The cups were disgusting a full of coffee dust and green debris. Overall quite disappointed, we come to costa quite often and I'm afraid we won't be coming again unless things improve. Very disappointing when it takes so much to convince my dad to leave the house, spoilt our day out !
