I was served by miranda today who helped me carry my drink to my table so I could safely push my baby. It felt comfortable to be able to breastfeed and the area was very clean. This Costa at the moment has the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever met in any Costa. I’ve been a few times recently and have been highly impressed.

Went in midweek, 40 minutes before closing time to be told takeaway only. When challenged that the website said they were open until 1930, I was told that they had loads of stuff to do. Would have been 1 star but the assistant was at least very polite and apologetic.

One of the nicest staff members that I've encountered in a Costa. I ordered a Toblerone hot chocolate but unfortunately it wasn't to my taste. The lovely barista Michelle happily made me a different hot chocolate without any hesitation. Great customer service

Regular visitor to this Costa and class it as the best. Sadly spoilt today by LOUD music! And it was Xmas music, not everyone likes Xmas
