Rude and impatient staff. If you enjoy poor quality coffee at a marked up price and being shouted at from across the room then this place is for you

Toilets not working, would not top up our Costa card, tables cluttered.

I love a Costa. Always. They were short staffed and the guy looked stressed but he handled it perfectly. My drink was the best Mocha I’ve tasted and the Bakewell tart is good as always. Thank you Costa!

Today, I had coffee with my friend at the Costa. I saw that they do not make the same presentation to everyone in their coffee service. They serve some customers carefully and some randomly.

Having used this store several times. The staff are fantastic - friendly and efficient and always smiling

If the coffee machine had been working, then that would have been a bonus, other great thanks

The loveliest staff, we come very often and there is always a great atmosphere and they are always happy to help/answer any questions. Kid-friendliness: So good with the children
