Costa Coffee

Being an ex bank, the ceiling is very high, and sounds echo needs soundproofing Also, the young man serving appeared to be working alone, and certainly the tables required wiping, plus the floor needed cleaning

Very scruffy....in need of a lick of paint and toilet pretty grubby too. Had a diet coke and a loaded Flapjack. OK, but over priced as I find all Costa coffees to be honest.

Just visited your shop in Grange over Sands and was served by a lovely lady called Abbie. She was very friendly and professional and is a credit to Costa Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming

Staff behind the counter is rude. Has a habit of rolling her eyes if you change your order or ask for cleaning stuff to clean the table you wish to sit at. Please get another job as the one you're actually employed to do its obviously you don't like it or working face to face with customers who actually contribute to your wage

Do not go here avoid at all cost. My experience was bad with fool mouth customers doing tiktoks with staff plus dogs off lead roaming around. If a manager can contact me i will send the evidence if not I will contact the main office

Been here a few times now and not had a great experience. The syrups are always close to empty which means scraping from the bottle ending up with poor flavoured drinks. Will be going elsewhere in future
