Costa Cafe i like there

This lace It’s getting worse as the time goes..I have never seen a coffe place that dirty it’s unbelievable. The company that big I’m sure they can afford the evening cleaner.. it used to be that packed in here but now it’s just less busy day by day… disappointing

This Costa is so dirty , messy and unlept overflowing bin rubbish all over the floor in the sitting area trays of used cups and waste just left around .People need to realise hygiene is important in the food and beverage business A health hazard should be shut down

Nice to be laughed at for using click and collect and to be told it’s not working. They can’t do anything about it and I have to call customer service. Their internet isn’t working either. I ask for the number and I’m told to Google it while being told they can’t help and do I understand. Yes, I understand I shouldn’t have come here and gone to Starbucks instead.

Nice enough place out door seating on the roundabout.

very nice customer service. the lady allowed my little boy to have his food inside while i get my costa coffee to drink
