Ordered drinks by the app, took 20 Minutes make and when they did finally get brought out to the car they were luke warm, not even hot. Very disappointing and won't return to this branch again.

Visited today. It's half term week and it was very busy. Staff kept on top of clearing tables, but not wiping them. (Starbucks the same! ) Service station clean, staff worked hard to serve customers as quickly as possible. Chiller was down, which is not uncommon. Staff however could still provide toasties etc. They are always attentive, polite and helpful.
