Had a free cake as a birthday present from Costa. Staff very helpful. Good atmosphere,friendly chat with a guy on next table. Very nice half hour break

You know what you're getting from Costa, and if you like it, you like it! However, what you can't guarantee is the staff. Luckily the staff here was great!! Really friendly, helpful, always have a smile for customers and happy to help however they can. I make an effort to go to this Costa when the urge for a coffee takes me Kid-friendliness: Great food for kids and friendly staff make this place ideal for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs won't have a problem getting in and about this ground floor coffee shop

Clean and tidy but it was first thing in morning, hot chocolate very good.

Visit here quite frequently as I work in Cardiff , staff are fab really accommodating. Food is really nice, it’s right in the heart of the shopping centre
