We are regular Costa visitors probably visiting most days. However, on this occasion whilst we understand the business of the time of year after 30 minutes of queuing they finally mention at the till they are only doing paper cups whether you sit in or not. Apparently 2 staff isn’t enough to serve in glasses/cups. Obviously that’s their choice but for the sake of transparency and great communication avoiding frustration a simple sign on the door would help. Walked to the other end of st David’s for a much better experience.

Always dirty , no staff cleaning or clear tables , just have the money and no other services bad management always, and always no cake after 12.00 noon
