Served two lovely lattes by Ellie this morning. Service was polite and made the experience positive. Was nice to see our cups being preheated as this isn’t something that always occurs leaving our drinks warm as opposed to hot. Looking forward to visiting again!

Started going to Costa a few weeks ago used a few of there outlets since must admit coffee ☕️ is very good and hot and a good place to meet people

Haven't used this branch before, but plenty of others, for comparison. Few words and no welcome from staff present on this occassion. Order issue dismissed. Bacon bap, tasteless and doughy.
