Costa Coffee

Best female barista I've ever met. There were no tampons or sanitary products in the toilet at this reset stop and I had to ask the staff at the food court to borrow one. Only Costa coffee staffs gave me one and would allow me to refill tap water. Shout out to these girls for their help ☺️

Some staff really need to get some manners! No toast on a Sunday morning…. Shocking

Stopped as we always do on our journey to London. How wonderful to discover a bigger Costa, but more importantly super clean, plenty of seating fast service and a delightful lady called Kate who chatted. Well done Costa Norton Canes.

Properly miserable service. I got over charged and they didn't give two hoots.

Back before they did the "improvements" this place used to have good service, to say it's now TERRIBLE would be an understatement, after my visit this morning I shall be contacting Costa head office to complain

Dreadful slow disorganised badly trained staff. Shortage of food ovens. Staff can't keep up.

Extremely friendly staff! The staff member who served me (Mia) was extremely outgoing and friendly and made me feel very welcomed! She was very helpful and had great customer service! :)

Nice place, quite spacy and open. Friendly team.
