Absolutely disgusted at the reaction from the manager after letting her know my cheese and tomato toastie was hard and dry like it had been there for days. She reacted like she wanted to fight me and was pointing her finger and accusing me of lying. I will make a complaint and I will not be spoken to like that by anyone
Walked into the store and said hello, was ignored by both staff members. I took them almost 10 minutes to acknowledge the queue, which is ridiculous considering it was empty. They didn’t even greet us to at least let us know they would be with us in a moment. They then took 11 minutes to make the coffee which is unnecessary. On a quote Sunday morning at 9am, it’s shouldn’t be taking so long, and if it does, a simple “thanks for waiting” or “sorry for the delay” would’ve rectified that but instead we were met with attitude. All in all I shouldn’t be in a coffee shop nearly 20 minutes with NO LINE.
Walls, tables, syrups all covered in little fruit flies. Literally hundreds of them
Flies completely over the ceiling, in areas where food and drinks are prepared...horrible experience. Putting this down to a franchisee not caring rather then the staff. It's pretty disgusting and we didn't stay.
Service was great and it was a comfortable atmosphere. Sausage bap does seem ss good since it went from four to three sausages.
Awful experience today, will not be returning , eat in in takeaway cups, long wait, cream added to takeaway cups then lids pushed on, cream leaking everywhere.
