Went to Costa @Pipps Hill Basildon this morning, with my to boys aged 5 & 6.5. Just needed some chill time. We were greeted by the Barista Ben, he was very helpful and friendly, he saw i was getting stressed with the boys. Thankyou for you kindness today. Will be returning again :) thankyou xxxx

It looks like there are two entrances into Costa but the door facing the car park isn't used. Please Costa put a clear sign on the door to redirect your customers. Parking: On the car park on the other side of the road is 6 Fastned Rapid EV chargers.
