While the food was ok and the atmosphere amazing, looking good, the service wasn't what I would've hoped, and none of the food was hot. After finding shattered glass all over my glass of tea, our server simply gives us reasons as to why it's there, and saying there was none inside the glass, despite all the glass chips and chunks on the glass and saucer. He offered to make us another but we denied it, as we were already getting ready to leave, with the fear that we had accidentally ingested some broken glass

Been to Cosmo in few other towns and we always loved it. These time the food wasn't as normally is. We know is a buffet but they seem to not get much interested in cooking it well. Also just arrived at 19:35 and the manager said straight away they won't be topping up anything anymore as it wasn't busy. It was raining outside so we decided to stay anyway. Always happy with Cosmo, not so much with the one in Bournemouth. Sorry

Excellent, quality food and plenty of variety. Would definitely visit again.

A well set out, friendly and comfortable venue, with an accessible array of food stations. Not the widest choice of food options compared to other similar venues, however the quality of the food was far far better! Staff were polite and friendly, but the service was limited to being shown to your table and a very brief drinks order where the staff member only took one of our drink orders then walked away even though we tried to call him back. However as it was quite loud we can't entirely blame him as we may have not been speaking clearly. Dietary restrictions: Every food item had a very clear dietary information board! Amazing.

Seating is bad, food isn’t that fresh and staff takes a long time to clear the old plates
