Upon entering the facility, we were greeted with the driest, most unprofessional ’hello’. While asking questions, I got answers but so sarcastically. The edges of my red velvet cake slice were hard and the chocolate layer cake was horrible.

Set a birthday cake delivery for 4:00 and it would have never gotten delivered if I didn’t call to complain about how late it was and of course it came over a hour late. I paid $80 very disappointed. It was for a birthday Update After I called back because I was lied to TWICE about the time I was told “ok, it’s still his birthday. It’s not that serious”!!!!!! That’s what was said to me a BLACK PAYING CUSTOMER TRYING TO SUPPORT A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS! good job representing “your people”.
I've shopped here with the previous owner. I Loved that it was a full service bakery. I could get my fancy decorative cakes then. I still come for my sweet treats since the same recipe is being used. It's no longer a sit down and chat place. I still support.
Services was ok. I provided a suggest the business should contact customers to ensure paid orders are picked up the day of. Especially if there’s an event and there’s so much for the customer to remember, the courtesy calls would be nice. Was told they are required to make the order and the customer is required to pick up what they paid for, that’s why they pay before they order and the store doesn’t need to call.
