Cornucopia Bar & Burgers

Go to spot in town. My FB feed popped up a Friday special of Rockfish fish and chips for the day at one of my nearby favorite eateries. Not to be disappointed I was rewarded with a plate of perfectly breaded and fried rockfish (note: not misrepresented red snapper) and just right crisp fries. It was Fried Day. This last visit was nachos and french onion soup, one of my favorites.

Excellent burger. Best in eugene. Ron Daddy's chicken pot pie is great. And the Spanish coffees Rock! Parking: There is a free parking lot just across the street

Been here many times . Last 6 month definitely a decline in food and service . Arrived at 5.30 today Appetizers was good and fast. Almost an hour wait I ask how much longer the waitress said I’m sure the food will come out. Over 1 hour I received a cold burger no sauce My son had cold tots and my husbands tortilla for fish tacos where stale.. Could not even finish half. And then I had to look for someone to pay. No problem when it is busy but only 4 tables occupied that’s crazy.

5/12/24 The tator tots and fries were awesome! Normally the best burgers, but this time they were not as well seasoned, as usual. So a little disappointing for this visit. 2024, My 1st review (usual feelings)- Absolutely the best burgers and Philly cheese steaks, I have ever had!

EDIT: We did not have the promo the owner below is referring to below. We came in on a Saturday and had the 12.00 burger that comes with a drink and soda. No choice on the burger. Had a gift certificate that was a promo. It had an expiration date. However, Oregon law says they can not expire. Then they said it excluded the Burger special, which was not indicated on the gift certificate . They eventually accepted but charged me an additional 6.00 when I should have only been charged 18 cents. Asked to speak to the manager, and she did not come and put the waiter in and myself in an awkward position. I will never return. I was very disappointed with the service I received.
