Corner Deli

33 years and Counting! The Corner Deli in Las Cruces makes Sub sandwiches and salads with quality meats, cheeses and produce! We also sell Party subs from 3’-6’ in length (require 24hrs notice). We are a Veteran owned business that hires predominantly High School and College aged employees to give them a first job experience to build on while maintaining local community support. We strive to provide an experience reminiscent of the 1980’s when there was friendly service along with a family environment. We are a true Deli in that we will slice and sell meats and cheeses as well as the sandwich counter. We look forward to serving you, Come down and visit us!
