Time of service: Feb 2nd, 2024 11am We live 2 mins from this place so we come here often. This morning we encountered a horrible customer service. First, the coffee pot was empty so we asked the front desk to see when we can expect the coffee. The waitor(same person who took the order) looked us weird and said its boiling. We wait 5 mins and still no coffee, so asked again to the same waitor and the waitor literally calls us "rude" for asking this question. Second, my order came without the salsa(which is stated in the menu) so we ask(same person brought the order) wheres the salsa, and we get "we ran out of the salsa". The problem is with this waitor. He should have replied back to us by saying "sorry, we are currently boiling the coffee and it will be another few mins before coffee can be served" and "we ran out of the salsa for this menu so can we recommend another dish"during the time when we were ordering. The problem is with this waitor. Weve never seen this waitor before so maybe he is new. He needs a lot of training before serving. and he refused to give his name to us.
You don't expect service quality in California, but the hospitality in this place is sub par. It is like they are giving food to people who owe them money. Disgraceful. The picture below comes from corner cafes competitor, Starbucks. They treat customers valued and accepted. Shame on you, corner cafe
Worst experience…got my order wrong….eggs taste like hotel eggs, bacon is microwaved and blueberry pancakes look nothing like their picture….barely any blueberries!! Won’t ever go back.
Wirh the Edwards Theater across the walkway, this place is an ideal location for lunch or dinner before your movie. Fresh food with a choice of desserts.
Always fresh & Delicious!!
