I stopped in here Friday for the first time to try their donuts. I had my service dog, Theodore and my friend Sandy with me. A few people in line were asking questions about service animals, example do they get to play, how long do you use them, etc. I politely answered and paid for my order. Then, I said if we like them we’ll be back. Well after I said that, the girl behind the donut counter said, you can’t bring him back here we don’t allow service animals in here. I said he is medical and you can’t refuse him by law. She replied back, the owner said no dogs of any kind. I almost threw their donuts on the floor and left, but no, I am a better person than that. I just left. Well, first, their donuts are horrible and next here we are. They will be reported to the ADA along with several more businesses and I am looking into filing a federal law suit against every business I have came across that is not service dog friendly.
I didn't care for.quality.of service doughnuts were good
The doughnuts are outstanding. The staff is friendly and usually fun to chat with while placing an order.
Quality sweets for the sweet tooth. Just picked up my paczki, OMG 10 stars. Each one is loaded and heavy. Thank you Cops and Doughnuts, you have a loyal customer now. Highly recommend.
I walk my son here all the time. Everyone is happy, friendly and helpful.
Very expensive over $12 for six doughnuts .They were bigger than most places tough.
Worst staff ever!! They didn't have the little papers out and I grabbed the first donut off the clearance rack and she tried to make me buy all the donuts on the rack!! I only touched the one I wanted.. Never going back!! Rudest experience I've had in a long time..
Great basic doughnuts and jelly and apple filled. But the custard/cream filled now taste so artificial I can't even eat them. Thumbs up for the atmosphere and I've never had bad service.
Great doughnuts but felt like I was bothering the server.
