Overpriced for what's on over

To preface this, I work in the industry. I came to copper common tonight for the first time to celebrate a special night with my partner and our friend. Our server told us of a wine special that sounded intriguing, and I ended up ordering the bottle, which cost $100. First, our bottle did not come to our table for almost half an hour. When she corked our bottle, our cork was destroyed completely, and the wine was served to us in whiskey glasses. I feel that a bottle at such a price should be served with actual wine glasses. The server proceeded to spill the bottle not once, but twice, onto our table. She then proceeded to make back handed comments towards us which made us very uncomfortable. Something must be done about this kind of service. The food was good, there are a few things that could be fixed on the menu, the pork dish is served with foccia, and the dish also had bread crumbs on it which made no sense. All and all, an okay experience but severely let down by our server who was blonde with facial piercings. hopefully it will be improved the next time around

The food and service are excellent. The venue is a little noisy. The banana pudding is so good, and I am not usually a huge fan of banana as a flavor. Parking: A few spots on the street, a large garage to the west.

This place checks all of the boxes for my wife and I. The ambiance is excellent and feels distinct for Salt Lake; we think they have absolutely perfect lighting if that’s at all a concern of yours. The dishes are creative, well executed, and provide a perfect blend of fine dining options alongside some more common (but again very well executed) fare. Best of all, we have had nothing but excellent customer service experiences here. We come maybe a few times a month, have had a different server each time, and they have all been sincerely welcoming, personable, and attentive. We can’t recommend Copper Common enough!

Came here for drinks and dessert at the end of the night and had the best time! Their menu is so unique, it was hard to pick just a few things. Our waitress Annika was super knowledgeable about the wine list + cocktails. She recommended a cocktail with green chartreuse that we’d never heard of and it was fantastic! The beignets were great, all around phenomenal experience. Highly recommend!!

Stopped by for pre-dinner drinks and got the drink of the day. It was a delicious margarita! It was so good we wanted to go back the whole time we were at our dinner reservation. Really cute spot!

Lamb meatballs were delicious, crab beignet amazing drinks lovey.
