Went in on a Monday lunch and nobody was front of house . Stood there for a few minutes with a few people starting to line up behind me when suddenly a lady appeared from the back of the shop and her body language was dreadful slit was like it was a problem for her to speak to me . I can honestly say after 20 odd years in retail it was the worst service I have ever seen we used to get training videos showing bad service but shis was shocking . Will in future go to teasdales or greggs.

I had a goody bag and I could try sweet treats, salad, sausage rolls etc. everything was great and tasty. I have seen comments about the customer service, even so my interaction was short, the customer service was great. Thanks

Rude staff, not attentive and rushed. Watched the woman put hot water in latte, not sure why but it ruined it. Normally nice coffee but it was terrible. Pasty cold too and sandwiches looked like they had hardly any filling. Bring Gregg's to bawtry.

Absolutely disgusting, just purchased an iced bun, the bread is solid must have been on display for days!!

The Yum Yum is yummy!!!!!

Ordered 2 bacon and sausage sarnies. Got them home and no sausage. 2 months prior I ordered same but they messed up the sauces. Won't be going back. 0 on the attentive scale.

Excellent food and Service

I called today hoping to get a sausage sandwich but they only had bacon which was fine, I also bought a hash brown, can’t resist them! It was the worse bacon I have ever tasted, it was cold, hard and very hard to eat, I gave up after 3 bites, the hash brown was cold too. It’s a shame there’s no Greggs in Bawtry
