Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Troy

The food and service were fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend the wine tasting though. There is no system for waiting in line to get a space at the bar. People just elbow their way in and take cuts. Strange way to run it. I wouldn’t do this part of the experience again.

A true gem. A masterclass im service and atmosphere.

The food was good I had spaghetti and meatballs and a lot of the rest of the table had gnocchi. It was weird that all of the pasta dishes had peas in them lol. Our server was great and really took care of us. We went for my friends birthday and she brought out truffles and candles and even offered to take our photo later in the evening. Even though it was a Saturday night and really busy, we still felt like we could hear ourselves and enjoyed the time together.

Disappointed with the main course meals. Menu sounded delicious, but in actuality it was pretty average. Service was good. The atmosphere was nice, appetizers were great, and the chocolate truffles were a nice touch for dessert. Just disappointed with our dinners. I had to send mine back (over cooked), and they did replace my meal quickly. We felt the meat portions were quite small. Not sure if we will go back when there are many other options nearby.

Such an amazing experience, Bianca was phenomenal, and catered to our every need. She definitely deserves a raise. I will definitely be here again, without a doubt.

Bianca is a fantastical event coordinator. Her and Jackie made sure our wine tasting was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I refuse to dine here if Bianca and Jackie are not present. The wine was exceptional, and it made me feel like I was in a vineyard in Italy. I will recommend this establishment to everyone I know, and I will definitely be back. Bianca and Jackie should be employee of the month, year, or even century. 11/10

The 1st few times we went, we had a fabulous meal and time. However, service and the meal experience has definately gone south the last several months. Last 2 times we have went, the service is incredibly slow. Took forever to get our drinks, the appetizers, and the meal. As for the meal, fish not thoroughly cooked both times, had fishy taste - pretty sure it was bad, salad lettuce was griddy as it was not thoroughly washed. Item on menu not available. Couldn't purchase wine we saw in the lobby because we didn't pay for the wine club. They should have put a sign up to inform customers. We're done...really put a damper on my husband's birthday.
