Use to be my favorite restaurant till valentines we got a rude sever who couldn’t even smile, asked what we wanted to drink and I flipped the menu over to pick a drink and she said looks like you need a minute before I could speak she left and was gone for like 15 mins, decided to go again and we got another new person and she was the rudest one we have at any restaurant and my husband complained which he hardly ever does. We usually tip pretty nicely and we are not demanding. My drink took over 20 mins to get to me from the bar, it was just wine, both times we were in the two person tables, thinking must be for training new people, she definitely wasnt working for tips today, she looked pissed off at the world. Don’t know what’s going on but right now we are debating not going back.

Service was spectacular! Iesha was amazing and very knowledgeable about the food and wine menu! Will definitely be back to try more! :)

Iesha was a wonderful waitress! We are in here often and she is always so helpful! I appreciate her offering suggestions for pairings and new menu items. Iesha always makes sure we have such a great time! Good food and wine and great customer service!!

We had the pleasure of having Megan to do our wine tasting and she made an already amazing experience extra special by making it feel like we were at home. Megan is a core example of pre-covid service and she is a genuinely amazing person. Not only did she relate to us; she was also extremely personable. We strongly recommend this establishment. Our experience at this Coopers Hawk was far superior to any other wine-and-dine experience we’ve had. After our tasting came the incredible service we received from Dan in the private dining room, who may I say, is a man among boys!

I recently visited Ryan and was incredibly impressed with the exceptional service I received. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and served promptly. I highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Five stars all around!
