Cookies 'n' Kreme Cardiff

Shocking service today placed my order just after 6pm and still not turned up at 8:20. Rang store to say they broke fast for Ramadan. Maybe should not of opened it you could not fulfil orders. Uber apologised after not being able to contact restaurant and gave full refund.

My friend recommended this place and I think it's definitely worth checking out.

Awful! Ordered via Just Eat tonight. Cookie doughs were TINY & even though I'd paid for ice cream with both they didn't send them. I called the restaurant who were really unhelpful & said they "didn't have the facility to refund through Just Eat". All they offered was a credit on my next order with them. I don't want to order with them again! They also said the manager would call me back within the hour, and surprise surprise he didn't. AVOID as you don't get the items you pay for, and they're so expensive and poor quality. I can't believe I paid nearly £19 for two tiny cookie doughs and they missed out 2 items I paid for. I want a refund for the missing items please! *EDIT* in reference to their reply: no, you didn't "offer to send out a replacement immediately". You said "we could send out replacements but there would be a long wait of at least an hour and a half". As I said to you, there would have been no point in doing that because the cookie dough would have gone cold! Also, it was 2 ice-creams, not "a pot". Additionally, no, other restaurants charge less than you and the amount is more. Also, you didn't respond to anything about you telling me your manager would call me "within the hour" and me not receiving a call. So No, I won't be using you again.

Visited Cookies n Kreme with family and it was the amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! The waffles are delicious, light, fluffy and a generous size. I ordered the half size because it was my first time to order from there before. Half a size is also good if you don’t fancy a full portion. I will be returning back and ordering all our waffles from there going forward. The price is definitely worth what we got and the service was fast.
