Cookies by design swept in and made my granddaughters day! I live in Indiana. My granddaughter has been sick. I called and they were more than accommodating. They were so kind and helpful and went over and above what any other business was willing to do. You made a little girl and her Grammy very happy! Thank you so very much.

Great cookies….terrible, truly awful hours. Why even portray yourself as a retail store. You are NEVER open. And tried to order same day service on your delicious, Same Day cookies (designated on the website as same day….not your big fancy custom built bouquets) and guess what, the same day cookies are not available for delivery or pickup even when I go in to order at 7 am on that same day. Very consistently disappointing.

I ordered logo cookies from Cookies by Design and they exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and the cookies looked as good as they tasted. I will definitely order again!

This was an amazing cookie bouquet. My father loved his Father’s Day present. It was an amazing gift. My dad even said it was amazing. I intend to order from you guys again this is the second time I’ve ordered from you and both occasions it was a great gift I would highly suggest using cookies by design.

Treated with respect and care when FedEx lost or just got lazy with delivery. The store did everything they could to help.

I had such a wonderful experience with this business as I was in a hurry and they were close to closing and still managed to find time to squeeze me in for an order. The cookies were absolutely gorgeous. Excellent customer service!

These folks are the best! I called on Saturday to figure out why my order had not delivered. Only to discover the payment company I used made an error. They immediately reprocessed my order and delivered it within a couple of hours. Top tier customer service. My sister loved her gift and I will definitely order from them again.
