Barcelona Tapas is a “slow food” style restaurant. These days, due to the slow economy, the restaurant has shrunken to it’s minimal expression. Chef is in the front and his Sous Chef is in the kitchen. Our aim is to produce a memorable dinner. Our focus is flavor, and our food has it’s origins in Spain with a definitive New Orleans accent. It’s a fenomenal fusion of flavors and techniques developed by Chef Xavier Laurentino. Come over to share fantastic tapas and a fenomenal Paella… and don’t forget The Sangria!!
