Cookie Co? More like Cookie No!?! At $4.50 a cookie, you’d expect a cookie that wouldn’t be so bland. I was unlucky enough to buy a four-pack and couldn't even finish one of them... We tried chocolate chip, snickers, and the monster cookie. Between my wife and I, we couldn't finish a single cookie. A sad waste of cheat day

The atmosphere is very beautiful ❤️, I was craving a cookie here I got the chocolate chip I have to be honest didn't even seem like it was baked at all.. maybe you should bake them a little longer....or maybe that's the taste you guys are going for his seem really doughy

I’m sorry but what’s up with customer service? If going in the last 15 minutes is an issue than lock your door. No greeting and everyone just awkwardly staring at me when i walked in saying not a word. after paying i say thank you and he just stood silent. Felt very uncomfortable. Brush up on your customer service since I’m never coming back.

I love Cookie Co. The moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness and uplifting energy. The staff are very helpful if you have questions about the cookies or even for their personal recommendations of what yummy cookie to buy. I purchased some cookies today for the Thanksgiving holiday and wasn't sure what cookies I wanted to purchase. Once I selected the cookies and paid the staff who assisted me added the cookie I decided not to get (free of charge) and said she wanted me to have an opportunity to try it. Such a special store with special people. Thank you for your kindness! I will definitely continue to be a patron of the yummy Cookie Co!
