I go to Cookout at 1:31 AM to get a cookout style hotdog add ketchup with a order of white cheese bites and all like it is a hotdog with a bun and ketchup don’t have no mustard don’t have no coleslaw don’t have no chili don’t have no onions don’t have none of that But I ordered a hotdog Cookout style Add ketchup, but all I get is a hotdog with only ketchup employees to be working in the back in the kitchen. They should be looking at the ticket, more carefully and taking their time to fix the food and to make sure whatever the customer orders, the food should match that ticket I am very unsatisfied

How you just throw the food in the bag and hand it side ways out the window? How you let your staff handle people food like that? This the worst one!!

Must stop when in Greensboro! Annual visit during ACC tourney! Shakes are unmatched!
