Update!! Why do you shut down one side of a drive thru line without proper advisement??? I sat in the line 29 minutes and two cars just sat there. They did get some food passed to them. I hopped the curb and went to the Duke Street location. This Is the third time I've had to deal with this. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW ONE SIDE IS CLOSED!!! I love cook out but don't like wasting my time because a closed drive thru sign isn't visible. will not take a $20 bill that inadvertently ripped in half at the last moment. That is not good customer service to me. Otherwise, one shooting last week in the parking lot renders this a sketchy area. Welcome to Durham ladies and gentlemen. Tis what it is... UPDATE! I frequent this establishment often. They are quick getting you in and out. The food is always great. Try the Oreo milkshake with extra oreo and seasoned French fries. LOOK!!! (phase two) I gave a great review. I am happy with the food and service. The first paragraph was months ago. The second paragraph is today.
