Every time I visit Raleigh NC with my family Cook Out is us to go place to have a good hamburger, I usually go to the Falls of the Neuse location for the past two decade- Great Service. To see something different this time with my family we decide to visit the RTP Location in Durham. This was the worst customer service I receive for the past two decades as a loyal customer. I have always held your products and services in high regard. However, my recent experience has left me feeling quite dissatisfied. On March 10th ,2024 at 1:27pm -order# 3001 Trans id:1- encountered several issues: • Bad attitude from your employees • Order received with no napkins-no ketchup and mayonnaise as requested when placing the order. • After checking my order, I went back inside to ask for some mayonnaise. • Your employee with the bad attitude” TransID:1” and who charge my card told is colleague we don’t have mayonnaise to give- which Burger place doesn’t have MAYONNAISE. • Employee description: African American- Light Skin- Goat Beard -Black Hat. “Training needed”. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter during the initial interaction, the problem persisted. This experience has not only inconvenienced me but has also tarnished my perception of your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. What happen to EXCELLENCE? What happen to CUSTOMER SERVICE? What happen to MAYONNAISE?
